Dylon is an associate patent attorney at KLS with over six years of experience assisting both large fortune 500 companies and small startups with strategic patent portfolio development. He has worked at multiple large law firms and has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications across various fields of technology. While his expertise lies in the field of computer technology, including artificial intelligence/machine learning, virtualization software, cloud computing and storage, electronic storage systems, internet and network security, processor technologies and computing architectures, he also has knowledge and experience across many technological disciplines, such as robotics, solid state materials, high powered laser systems, fusion techniques, LiDAR systems, automated driving vehicles, green energy solutions, automotive components, sensor technologies, and several more.

Dylon is truly passionate about learning new technologies and using that passion to develop patent strategies to help companies grow their intellectual property portfolios in a way that best protects and leverages these ideas to provide the maximum possible value based on the unique goals of each individual company. Additionally, he is an avid supporter of patent pro-bono initiatives and extracts true joy from working with grassroot inventors with little but an idea and a burning desire to make that idea a reality.
